Full Moon Restorative + Sound Journey: Honoring the Day of the Dead
Join Shonali and Benny for a deeply nourishing evening of rest, release, and remembrance. Shonali will gently guide you into long-held restorative postures—supported by bolsters, blankets, and blocks—allowing the body to soften and unwind. Within each posture, she’ll weave a sacred song bath accompanied by the deep, grounding drone of the harmonium.
Benny will infuse the space with layered sound healing, blending crystal bowls, flute, gong, handpan, and a variety of world instruments to create an immersive sonic landscape—making this Day of the Dead celebration truly powerful and heart-opening.
These full moon practices emphasize stillness, gentle stretching, and soothing the nervous system. As you rest, you’ll be invited to honor both struggle and celebration, placing yourself—just as you are—in the mystical light of the moon.
No prior yoga experience is necessary; simply bring an open heart and a willingness to rest and hold space for yourself and others. After class, you’re welcome to continue unwinding with 15 minutes in the sauna.
