Serenity Within: Exploring Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath

Join us for a deeply restorative evening of rest and connection in a compassionate community. Experience a guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) meditation led by Susanne McMurry, designed to calm the nervous system and support inner healing. Let yourself be enveloped by the soothing sounds of a live sound bath with Benny Silva of Resonate, creating a space for deep relaxation and renewal.

This practice is gentle and accessible to all—whether you prefer to lie down on a yoga mat or sit comfortably in a chair.

Proceeds from this class support Legacy Decatur, with a suggested donation of $20 (or pay what you can).

• Take the second entrance from either direction to find the main building with two large columns.

• Class is held in the auditorium; arrive 5-10 minutes early. Doors close at 6:05 PM.
